Epilepsy Durham Region hosts its annual Walk for Epilepsy annual in collaboration with the Durham Community Foundation’s Walk for Your Cause event.

This year’s event will take place on Sunday, October 16th, 2022 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, at the Souls Path Retreats Inc. in Blackstock Ontario. Epilepsy Durham Region invites you to join us by:

1. Registering for the event with the Durham Community Foundation here (please note there is a $25.00 registration fee made payable to the Durham Community Foundation)
2. Joining Epilepsy Durham Region as an individual or team and fundraise here.
3. If you wish to collect offline donations, please email: info@epilepsydurham.com for a pledge form.

We appreciate your continued support and are looking forward to this fun-filled engagement event for people living with epilepsy and members of the community.

The event will begin at 11:00 am, the walk at 11:30 am,  and lunch will be served at 12:00 pm. The funds raised from this event will directly benefit people with epilepsy and seizure disorders, as well as their loved ones, throughout the Durham Region. EDR will use the funds raised to maintain and grow our client services, programs, and events to contribute to accessibility in Durham Region.

If you can’t attend, but would still like to participate, please consider donating to the general event or to the Epilepsy Durham Region Staff Team.
