At times we may feel overwhelmed by a complicated world, yet we know that deep within each of us lies the ability to step up and care for those in need. From time to time Epilepsy Durham Region would like to introduce our dedicated volunteers to you.

Epilepsy Durham Region is honoured to have Mr. Arnold Clarke as an enthusiastic and dedicated volunteer.

Arnold has been volunteering with EDR for some time now, and is always a bright spot at events such as our Annual Walk of Courage.

Arnold is single-handedly responsible for the continuing success of our Coin Container Program, volunteering his time to ensure our lavender coin containers are visible in stores throughout the region. His phone calls are always a welcome event.

Arnold has shown incredible initiative in our fund raising events. He was our star fund raiser for the Annual Walk of Courage in 2006, raising $2063.70 on his own! He really is our Walk of Courage Superstar.

It has been such a pleasure working with Arnold over the years, and we would like to take a moment to honour Arnold and let him know how much his efforts are appreciated. Thank you, Arnold, from all of us at Epilepsy Durham Region.
