Dr Rajesh RamachandranNair's study, "Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy (SUDEP): Living with the knowledge", is seeking participants to assist. The aim of the study is to understand the range of patients' and their caregivers' views on how SUDEP awareness has impacted various areas of their lives (including health, career, finances, social life, etc).
They are looking for participants to take part in a recorded telephone interview of about 45-60 minutes in length, conducted in English with an experienced interviewer. In particular:
• male participants who either live with epilepsy or are primary caregivers of a person with epilepsy AND have known about SUDEP for at least 12 months
Participants will receive a $25 gift card, as a token of appreciation for their time commitment.
